On April 3rd, 1984, the southern Ontario region of Canada witnessed the opening of what many think, and I include myself, was the greatest nightclub in Canada, if not North America.

Imagine your favorite pub mutated to hold over 4,000 people.  I say "pub" because that was the atmosphere that the designer/builder/owner intended, from the time he opened the first Lulu's in Belleville, Ontario.
